With the help of your generous donations, we have helped hundreds of children attend Camp Thunderbird and other camps throughout the country.

The Camp Thunderbird Foundation has two "funds," which have different emphases in how their funds are used (details in the footer at the bottom of the page). You can allocate your donation as you like between the funds.

The Camp Thunderbird Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and all contributions are tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

Seventy percent of contributions made to the "Speedy" and "Honey" Altman Fund ("S&H" Fund) will go toward grants that support children attending 501(c)(3) charitable agency camps. Thirty percent of contributions to the “S&H” Fund will go toward financial assistance to families wishing to send their children to Camp Thunderbird. Seventy percent of contributions to the Allen “Moe” Sigoloff Fund ("Moe” Fund) will go toward financial assistance to families wishing to send their children to Camp Thunderbird. Thirty percent of contributions to the “Moe” Fund will go toward grants that support children attending 501(c)(3) charitable agency camps.
